Charmed Spinoffs Possible?

SciFi.com has onether
article about possible Charmed Spinoffs; "...Series executive producer
Brad Kern said The WB network wanted the eight-year series to end with the
possibility of characters going off on their own series..."
According to SciFi.com there is a chance to have a Spinoff centered on
Brian Krause's character Leo Wyatt; " (...) "I'd love to do
it," Krause said in an interview during a visit to the show's set at
Paramount Studios in Los Angeles this week. "I'd jump at the chance.
...The greatest thing about the character that I play is that my character
has integrity, and ... I think that my character brought up the idea and
emotions of right and wrong...." (...)"

Old Faces Returning to the Final Episode...

According
to Ausiello, in the final episode of Charmed, which will air on May 21st,
Leo (Brian Krause) will be returning, but not alone. There is a possibility
that Chirs (Drew Fuller), Wyatt (Wes Ramsey) and Grams (Jennifer Rhodes)
will also star on the last Charmed episode ever.
Question: Who will be returning for
the last episode of Charmed? - Eve
Ausiello: In addition to Leo (Brian
Krause), we'll probably see future Wyatt (Drew Fuller), future Chris (Wes
Ramsey) and Grams (Jennifer Rhodes).
And also Prue's fans wont be very happy

to come back for the series finale of Charmed? - Ally
Ausiello: I have it on good
authority that she will be back… once hell freezes over. "There's no
shot [of her returning]," insists executive producer Brad Kern. "I
just don't think… [Hesitating] I just… [Nervous laughter]… in the
abstract, it would be fabulous to try to get Shannen back for the last
episode, but it just doesn't seem - for a lot of reasons - that it's
something that we could ever pursue."

It's official: Charmed has been cancelled...
|
Every
Charmed fans knew that these eight season could be the last, most Charmed
sites posted that in every likelihood it was finishing, even the stars from
the show believed this. But now it's official. Ausellio from Ask Auselio
wrote: " The Charmed ones have officially cast their last spell.
Multiple sources confirm that execs behind the new CW network have decided
to pull the plug on the eight-year drama. The final episode will air Sunday,
May 21.
Ironically, executive producer Brad Kern
was holed up in an editing bay all day Thursday and missed a call from the
president of Spelling Entertainment giving him the official cancellation
news. But it's not like it came as a surprise; he says he always intended to
write this season's last episode as a series finale. "It's been a hell
of a run," he says, "but all good things must come to an
end."
Details of the final episode are being kept
under wraps, but fan favorite Brian Krause will likely be back. And what
about Shannen Doherty? Says my Charmed mole: "I wouldn't count on
it." Yeah, I figured. "
I am deeply sorry about this news, even
though we all saw it coming. This show has conquered our harts more than any
other. It has wonderful stars, wonderful writers, astonishing special
effects and really deep and touchy plots. We all will remember it for the
rest of our lives. I have been following the show since 1998, probably most
of you have as well. It's sad it is ending but as Mr Kern said, all good
things end, sooner or latter. But we have to be proud that Charmed is the
longest running show with female stars, it has been one of the most
successful shows of the WB Network and it is one of the shows that got an
incredible fan support all over the word. So I just want to say: THANK YOU
VERY MUCH CHARMED!!! By the way, the Series Finale Episode is entitled
"Forever Charmed"...
Paige's Wedding got the
highest ratings from 2006! 4.020.000 millon people watched "Engaged and
Confused". Congratulations Charmed!
Now the site is starting
to work a little bit better. We apologize for the issues that we had. We

Charmed Ratings: "The Last Tempatation of Christy" got 3,890,000.

In the latest issue of Charmed
magazine Allysa spoke about the show and how she feels about leaving it and
moving on. "I'm only contracted for eight seasons, so there
definitely won't be a ninth year for me," she says. "I'll miss it.
I'll miss everyone, my family here - the girls, my crew. It's been an
amazing experience." Same sentiment expressed by Rose.

given that the girl's contracts are up in that month.

"Leo has NOT been written in any future episode and he MAYBE back at

Apparently "THE
SHOWS ARE THE STAR FOR THE WB IN NOVEMBER". And yes, as you know "Charmed"
is one of them. The WB released this article where they confirm that
“CHARMED” IMPROVE ITS TIME PERIOD YEAR-TO-YEAR;
"This November,
CHARMED built over last November in adults 18-49 (1.8/4, up +6%), men 18-49
(1.3/3, up +8%) and total viewers (4.2 million, up +5%), while holding
steady year-to-year in women 18-49 (2.3/5) and men 12-34 (1.1/3). CHARMED
out-delivered NBC's West Wing in the hour among women 12-34 (2.4/6) and
women 18-34 (2.1/5)."

And the Final Numbers
are here, and honestly they are a little bit higher than expected. Brian
Krause's possible last episode of "Charmed" got 4.340.000
viewers. This is 140.000 more viewers than last week and 170.000 more than
the same new episode from last Season (7.10-Witchness Protection: 4.170.000 viewers).

Overnights (4.12 millon viewers*). Charmed is keaping steady on the ratings!

*How do you enjoy working on 'Charmed'?
-Oh, I love it. Really. I mean, I'm totally not used to working on a project
this long. But I love it.
*Do you like it better than the movies?
-It's a toss up. It's nice because you work longer with fun people and you
develop and get into your character more. But it's more difficult. With
movies, you beat yourself up, get a few hours of sleep and then do it again
the next day. With TV, you beat yourself up and you beat yourself up and
maybe you rest a little between scenes. It's this ongoing ordeal.
*Rumor has it Charmed may be vanquished soon. Budget cuts, cast members
leaving, network ratings dropping...what do you think?
-Honestly? No clue. No freakin clue. The way things stand right now, it
could go either way. And whether or not we'll get picked up? Well we
probably won't know until, what, like the second to last episode of the
season?! So yeah. But I think if we did get picked up (and I'm not saying we
will), it would be monumental. And I have a feeling we'd go with it, just
because it would be an honor. I mean nine seasons? Wow. That's incredible.
It may not seem like it, but it is!

issue of the "Charmed Magazine" Dorian Gregory will return at
least for one episode during this season.

"Holkus Pokus" episode are here; Charmed got 4.220.000 viewers and

"Holkus Pokus" got 2.8/4 in the Fast National ratings (Yep,
these are the Highest Numbers that Charmed got this year on the Fast
Nationals) and 3.2/5 in the Overnights. The viewers amount are not available
yet, but you can check them here tomorrow...

Jessica Biel (from "7th Heaven") will be playing the Angel
of Destiny in the episode 8.10-"Vaya con Leo" set to air November
27th. This is a good move to attract more viewers as many "7th
Heaven" fans could tune to see her on Charmed.

here, and we have good news! It seem that Charmed ratings keep going up because "Battle of the Hexes" got 4.380.00 viewers,
becoming the most watched episode if the Season! (now in second place is
"Kill Billie: Vol 1" that gained 4.320.000). And by the way, this
numbers are higher than the same episode from Last Season (7.08 - "Charmed
Noir": 3.940.000 viewers VS. 8.08 - "Battle of the Hexes":
4.380.000) Yes, 440.000 more viewers than last year's 8th episode....

of the Hexes got 2.6/4 (these are Fast National Ratings; Overnights not
available yet) Although the final numbers were not released yet, this
seems to be an improvement from last weeks episode "The Lost Picture

viewers. It seems that this has not been the least watched episode of the

(3.830.000 viewers).

The Lost Picture Show
Yesterday's new
Charmed Episode got the lowest ratings of the Season. Episode 8.06:
"The Lost Picture Show" got 3.0/4 in the Overnights, and 3.66
millon viewers*. It was a difficult night as Charmed had to
compete against a 2-hour "Extreme MakeOver: Home Edition"
event, and also against the special Halloween event of "The Simpsons".
This Sunday don't miss a new Charmed Episode, and keep spreading the
word so that ratings continue growing as before...

out, and we have good news. Charmed's episode "Kill Billie: Vol
1" got the highest numbers of the hole season with 4.320.000 viewers!!!
This is more than 50.000 compared to the Season Premiere that got 4.270.000.
