Magic Site" contacted Jed Haigh from S.O.T.A. Toys and asked her about
latest news regarding the Charmed Action Figures. Unfortunately the news
that we got are not that good:
"Our licensed for Charmed
expired a year ago. We have since refocused our licensing budget on other
products so we will not be making any more Charmed figures."she said.
So if you don't have
your Charmed Action Figures yet, try to find your set today. Most Series 1
figures are out of stock. You can still get the Series 2 set at
Time & Space Toys.

The special features
that have been confirmed for Season 8 include;
> Three episode commentaries
> A gag reel
>Three featurettes: "Charmed: The Mansion"; "The History of Charmed: Genesis";
and "The History of Charmed: Charmed Again".
In Issue 12 of Charmed
magazine, Kurn stated that he wanted approximately 90 minutes of extras, and
would also have liked to include the unaired pilot (starring Lori Rom as
Phoebe Halliwell); however, this encountered legal difficulties.

7th Heaven on Sundays, not as good as Charmed
|
Now The CW wanted to
improve it's Sunday Nights by placing 7th Heaven (a show which I respect) at
the previous Charmed time spot. This Sunday 7th Heaven closed the 8/7c
period with 2.1/3 in the Overnights. Not bad, right? But, not as good as
Charmed's numbers. This might change latter in the future, but right now let
me say this one more time; Was it a good decision not to renew Charmed? I
don't think so...

The new
CW's lineup is up, and
after almost two weeks of it's premier night, most of its shows from the old
WB have lost some viewers. For example Supernatural got 2.2/4 in its
premiere episode. 7th Heaven and Smallville were down the 3.0/0. Last year
Charmed gor 2.5/4 on Sunday night and last Sunday The
CW had the season premieres of "Everybody Hates Chris," with
1.6/3, and "All of Us," with 1.4/2. Numbers speak by itself. Was
it a good decision not to renew Charmed? I don't think so...

script commitment to a comedy starring Charmed's Alyssa Milano. Titled Me
and Everyone Else, the multi-cam half-hour project is from feature film
producer Joe Roth and Dan Bucatinsky (HBO's The Comeback). Produced by CBS
Paramount Network TV, where Roth's TV company is housed, the series centers
on a young woman, and the men around her."

After 10 years, The WB
is saying goodbye. The "Charmed" Network will no longer exist as
from Wednesday September 20th. It is joining UPN to create a new Network
called The CW with a new look and style. For the moment Charmed reruns are
not going to be aired, but TNT has started airing Season Eight on Thursdays
at 5pm! You can also catch episodes from other Seasons on this network
during weekdays at 8am, 4pm and 5pm. For more info check http://www.tnt.tv

Aaron Spelling Dies At Age 83
|
We are sorry to report
that Mr Aaron Spelling, producer of "Charmed" and many other Hit
TV shows, died at his home in Los Angeles after suffering a stroke on June
18. Hope he rests in peace.

After eight wonderful
years "Charmed" is over, no more new episodes or new trailers or
official pictures. And what id going to happen with "Charmed, The Magic
Site"? First I want to thank YOU ALL "Charmed" fans for
visiting this site during this last 5 years (Yes, last March
28th the site reached its fith year...), for being part of this charming
space that without you it wouldn't have become so popular. I know it had
some bad moments, and also very good ones, but you were always there. So
this site will continue online providing you with the best
information possible, completing all the episode database, pictures, posting
news every now and then about the show, like DVD info, etc (but only obout Charmed,
no Nip/TuK or any other series that our beloved actors could be
working in) Just Charmed, always Charmed, forever... Charmed.

episodes are over. But you can still catch Charmed reruns Sundays on The
WB. Starting at 8/7c with a Season Eight episode and then followed by a
"Classic Charmed" episode from Season Four.

Series Finale Ratings UPDATE
|
The
final numbers were released, and in two words, yes "Forever
Charmed"! I want to proudly inform that Charmed was the most
watched show of The WB last week. The Series Finale was able to catch the
attention of 4.490.000 viewers, which make this episode the highest
rated one of the Season! Congratulation to all the Charmed Fans, Cast and
Crew. And thank you all very much as well for these incredible eight
years...
Yesterday's last Charmed
episode ever got the highest numbers of the Season (Overnights).
The Series Finale was able to attract
3.7/ 6 in the overnights, 4.23 million viewers* (2.7/4 Fast Nat.).
Comparatively, that built from its repeat Reba lead-in (Overnights:
1.8/ 3; Viewers: #5, 1.89 million from 7-8 p.m.) by 106 percent in
the overnights, 2.34 million viewers*, and 157 percent among
adults 18-49. A repeat edition of Charmed capped off the night with a 1.7/ 2
in the overnights, 1.71 million viewers*, and a 0.8/ 2 among adults 18-49 at
9 p.m.
So yes, Charmed said Good-bye in a very big way...

The
Final numbers are here; Charmed attracted 3.720.000 viewers (330.000
viewers more than the week before) The 9/8c Season Four hour was only
watched by 1.670.000 viewers (10.000 viewers less than the week before).

The
WB has released the trailer for the last episode ever of this successful
TV series. I think they did a really good job, but I also hope we could see
more than one trailer to promote the Series Finale. The Charmed Series

Charmed's
penultimate explosive episode pulled out the best numbers in a ling time.
"Kill Billie Vol. 2" was able to get 2.2/4 in the Fast National
Ratings (Overnights: 3.0/ 5, Viewers: 3.40 million*) Anyway the final
numbers are going to be released tomorrow, but I guess you can expect
something arround the 3.800.000 viewers. Check back later tomorrow...
The second hour with
another season four rerun was good enough to get 1.5/2 in the Overnights
(Viewers: 1.54 million*).
Remember next Sunday is
the last fresh episode EVER of Charmed!!!! Don't miss it!
